UV Flatbed & Hybrid Printers for Rigid Substrates

UV flatbed printers cure ink instantly with ultraviolet light, which lets them print directly onto rigid materials that could never be fed through a roll printer. Acrylic, PVC, wood, aluminum, foam board, glass, and finished products go straight onto the table, and the graphic is dry and handleable the moment it leaves the machine.

That opens up work roll printers cannot touch: point-of-purchase displays, directional and ADA signage, packaging prototypes, awards, and short-run promotional products. Many models also print white ink and clear varnish, allowing prints on dark or transparent substrates along with raised, textured effects.

Hybrid printers handle both rigid sheets and roll media on the same machine. If your work splits between board and vinyl and floor space is tight, a hybrid covers both without a second device. Ask us about substrate testing before you buy — we can run samples on your actual materials.
